i am very familiar with the hotel and appreciate that free parking is available . i also like that the hotel offers nice rooms with a sofa and parade ring VIEW. the hotel maintains a clean and quiet environment, a detail i find VALUABLE.
i find that room noise is an issue at times. i could hear everything happening in adjacent rooms, made for a rough few HOURS.

the hotel proves convenient for races. i walked straight from the hotel to racecourse dining because it is right on the racecourse. breakfast and others service good.
the tv was to the left of the bed. it was uncomforatable to watch this tv. the toilet did not flush properly.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a clean and spacious room. I really liked the view of the racecourse paddock. The location felt safe. It was quiet , as there wasn't a race.
The TV was not in front of the bed, so it was a little uncomfortable to watch. It wasn't a big deal.

the hotel room was clean and well kept breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options i visited the racecourse and found the hotel's proximity very convenient the staff provided perfect service and were very professional . ash, ingrida, and rob were particularly helpful i received excellent service from them.
